We utilize innovative cleaning technology which results in the most pure wiper available, in a variety of substrates and processing options. We manufacture three grades of product purity which include the most critical sub-micron micro-contamination control needs to general lint free cleaning.

A variety of material substrates and cleaning processes are available to meet various applications. Each wiper substrate is available with Ultrasonic Sealed Borders for Class 1-10, Ultrasonic Sealed Edges for Class 10-00, and Hot Knife Sealed Edges for Class 100+. Ultrasonic sealing results in a soft and effective means to prevent fiber loss. Sealed Border products are subjected to our most rigorous washing process for applications requiring maximum particle and fiber retention.

Teknisat wipers are manufactured in a Class 100 cleanroom with ultra pure wipes, (<10ppb) IPA & 18Mohm DI Water, resulting in accurate & consistent saturation levels for optimum performance. Teknisat pre-wetted wipers will improve cleaning efficiency, reduce waste & VOC’s and improve your product yields.

Teknizorb nonwoven wipers are intended for applications that require an absorbent lint free wiper in Controlled Environments. Made of Polyester & Cellulose, these hydro-entangled wipers are very absorbent, durable and economical.

  Teknizorb nonwoven wipers are made with 55% Polyester & 45% Cellulose which is hydro entangled to provide a very strong, absorbent and clean wiper. This material is commonly used to pick up spills in controlled environments. Absorbs 10 times its weight and non-linting. Available cut, or in rolls.
