Product Description
This product provides industry best micro-contamination removal and holding capability for your critical surface cleaning. Teknisat presaturated microfiber knit wipes are made with a bi-component polyester/nylon yarn that is superheated with uhp DI water to split the yarn into super fine wedges, with exceptional wiping characteristics. Knitting, cutting, washing and packaging are done in-house for optimum control & cleanliness. The wipe is ultra clean, soft, and highly sorbent, making it ideal for cleaning critical surfaces. A proprietary process is used to create a 5mm ultrasonic border seal for maximum fiber and particle retention. Stringent washing procedures utilizing heated DI water result in extremely low levels of contamination. All Teknisat wipes utilize Statistical Process Control in manufacturing and are lot traceable from raw material to finished product. Wipes are presaturated with 0.2micron filtered IPA which is 99.999% pure and blended with 18 Mohm De Ionized water. Class 10 Laundered & Packaged
