TekniSat Presaturated Cleanroom Wipers
Product Description:
Teknisat presaturated polyester knit wipes are made with a hi strength continuous filament polyester yarn in a double knit, no run, interlock pattern.Knitting, pre-washing, cutting, sealing, washing and packaging are all done in house for optimum control & cleanliness. The wipe is clean and highly sorbent making it ideal for wiping critical surfaces. All Teknisat wipes utilize Statistical Process Control in manufacturing and are lot traceable from raw to finished product. Wipes are presaturated with 0.2micron filtered IPA which is 99.999% pure and blended with 18 Mohm De Ionized water. Class 10 Laundered & Packaged
Composition & Attributes:

 • 100% Hi Strength Polyester fiber (continuous filament, double knit)
 • Ultra Low particle and fiber generation
 • Ultra Pure Chemistry; multiple blends available
 • Free of Silicon, Amides, and DOP contamination
 • Resists abrasion when used with rough surfaces
 • Works well with IPA and other cleaning solvents
 • Unique packaging to minimize evaporation; refills available
Applications:

 • Ideal for wiping critical surfaces and equipment.
 • Works well for particle removal with fast evaporation
 • Minimize VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds)
 • Eliminate storage, control, & dilution of IPA
 • Improve yields thru enhanced consistency & control of critical cleaning
 • Soft texture for scratch sensitive surfaces but very durable
 • Autoclavable for Aseptic environments
 • Compatible with ISO Class 3-5 (Class 10-100) environments
