TekniClean Border Sealed Polyester ESD Cleanroom Wiper
Product Description:

Tekniclean polyester knit wipes are made with a high strength continuous filament polyester yarn in a double knit, no run interlock pattern. Packed in a static shielding bag to eliminate "hot plastic" packaging & processed to minimize the resulting tribocharge on insulative polyester knit wipes in ESD sensitive environments. Packaged in a ziplock seal to maintain cleanliness. Available as a dry wipe, or pre-saturated with ultrapure IPA & 18Mohm De-Ionized Water. Using a proprietary process, pressure & heat create a 5mm border seal for fiber & particle retention. Knitting, pre-washing, cutting, washing & packaging are done in house for optimum quality control. Ultra clean & highly sorbent, ideal for wiping critical surfaces in sensitive electronics, defense & aerospace manufacturing areas. Tekniclean wipes utilize Statistical Process Control in manufacturing & are lot traceable from raw material to finished product. Class 10 Laundered & Packaged.
